Hate:
1. People who have been going out for like two months changing their relationship status to "engaged"
2. Profile pictures with people making out. We dont need OR want to see that.
3. People who think they are hot and take half naked pictures of themselves. Srsly...
4. FARMVILLE!!!!! I dont want to get requests for the rest of my life from so and so asking me to water their crops or milk their cows.
5. When drama goes down, adds from people you dont even know just so they can see both sides of the convo
6. How if you sneeze of facebook...EVERYONE knows
7. How you get 70 notifications if you like someones status or photo
8. How everything is "official" if its on facebook
9. How addicting it can get
10. Seeing everyone wish someone Happy Birthday. After 60 people, it gets kinda old.
11. Boyfriend/girlfriend wall-to-wall drama.
12. Seeing every single status being a quotes from someone or song lyrics. I mean...i doubt that a song is word for word on your mind. Come on
13. People posting apps on your wall. I dont care if you answered a question about me.
14. People posting videos of their favorite songs. All 300 of your friends dont care
15. When people write a description of what they have done ALL DAY: " i woke up this morning had coffee, went to the bathroom, went to school, sat through class, drooled a little, got home, ate, did homework..." WE DONT CARE
16. People edit their photos on facebook. It looks fake.
17. When someone's profile is on private and you really really want to look at their pictures.
18. How i just HAVE to join a group or become a fan of some group because its totally true
19. People joining a group that says "color profiles..this time its for real" ITS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN
20. people posting something on every picture or group because "this happened to Lisa because she didnt continue the thread" .....helloooooo?!

21. How you can get a global perspective. Its true that most of the jokes and stuff on facebook is really really American, but because of the diversity of friend groups it makes facebook a very "international place". I really like that because growing up outside of the US I do have this sense of acceptance or understanding of other peoples culture that I dont usually see in people that have just grown up in the States, or just havent been exposed to a lot of different cultures for that matter. Its easy to get sucked into that kind of mentality where you dont really stop to consider someone elses values because of how different they might be. I like that facebook can ground you a little.

Only because I honestly cant think of anything else. Im going to say...that the most awkward add Ive ever gotten was from an ex that I dumped via text message (yea classy) and I seriously hoped I never ever heard from again. Not so cool....

While there may be many serious environmental problems The Earth is now facing, the most serious of them all would have to be energy depletion. Not only because of humanity’s vulnerability with out energy, but because of the impact it will have on a social, economic and political level. Energy depletion is one of the fastest growing concerns in our expanding world.

Many believe issues like air pollution, rain forest destruction and melting ice caps to be of growing concern. But they underestimate the world’s government’s ambition to get hold of the most important factor contributing to the world. Energy is the most valuable resource our planet. It has inconceivably changed the course of mankind and our foot print on Earth. The first oil well was drilled in 1859. Just 151 years later humans have successfully managed to over populate the earth and almost deplete all oil sources. The US used to be major leading producers in oil, but soon after WWII the Middle East became the major suppliers for the US. Oil, was originally used as kerosene. But it was soon developed for the use of automobiles. Now days, transportation relays on heavily on oil, diesel and gasoline.

If energy sources such as gas, oil, coal or diesel ever become completely depleted the world would suffer large scale destruction. Many countries economies would suffer, and transportation would come to a complete stop for a while. Although countries are already thinking ahead and trying to find alternative sources of energy, none have been able to provide the amount of energy that fossil fuels do today. There are three types of fossil fuels: coal, oil and natural gas. Fossil fuels take care of 66% of electrical power, 95% of necessary human demands such as heating, transport, electricity. Coal on the other hand only provides 28% of energy, while oil is only sufficient for 40%. According to studies that have been made, oil should have run out by 2010. Humans are lucky in that we are using the oil that we find, which means, there is absolutely no plan for the future. We consume what we find.

If and when the world runs out of oil many countries will be severely impacted economically. Currently, the countries that most relay on energy sources such as fossil fuels are the countries that are most affected by poverty. Oil shortages will affect every part of humans lives. From the energy to cook food, to transportation to generating clean water. With out fossil fuels mankind will come to a complete halt. Life as humans now it will cease to exist. We will be forced to seek alternative methods to go about our daily routine and hope we do not ruin that as well.

Energy depletion is a very controversial topic. Oil generators want people to believe it will never happen and others just want to focus on the negative aspect of it. Oil producers are already taking steps to help slow down this tragedy. While many governments acknowledge the depletion of valuable resources such as fossil fuels many people are still in denial of how important of an issue this is. Less money should be spent on creating machines for war (that waste precious oil) and more money should be invested in research of alternative forms of energy. Mankind’s existence depends on how far we can go and how long we can do it for. With out energy, we can’t go very far and we certainly can’t do it for very long. Energy depletion is the most important issue we are facing and it should be met head on by all of us.

I thought Jessicas was the best because it was a good idea and she translated that idea into a good video, that can sometimes be very hard to do. Also...its amazing because I was in it :)
I think that I could have made my video better if I had gotten more people in it, or if i had made like a poster in the back so it wasn't random people dancing around the campus.

I was amazed that this kind of technology could be created. Not only that someone could come up with this concept and actually make it work, but that it would happen in my life time. I was in awe when the man described the different types of things that this technology could do.

I think that most amazing things this could do is that it could deliver vital information in an instant when ever, and where ever you happen to need it. I think that the only limitation this could have is that humans could become too dependent on technology. You wont need your computer, or your iphone in order to access information.

In my opinion "open source" could means that not only is the technology going to be available for everyone to buy, but we are going to be able to know all about it as well. All the tiny little details about it that we would know just like the next ipod that is about to hit the market. Obviously a pro of sharing technology like this is that everyone can have one (i.e doctors, the military, average people) but the this would be very harmful in the hands of someone with bad intentions. Another problem would be that there would have be new security measures in places like subways, or airplanes. It would also make security jobs like the police very hard. If you can trigger something like a bomb, or a gun just by snapping your fingers, evidence that could convict criminals or terrorists could disappear and new methods would have to created.

I like that they are all creative and get your attention. The only one i did not like was the one about the car and the music. In my opinion, it didnt go anywhere and it got boring after a while. I think that a good commercial should grab your attention and be able to keep it. It should also be memorable, like that add for free credit report.com. All their adds are really really funny and I even memorized the phone number and the lyrics to their songs. That says a lot, because I cant even memorize my cel phone number :D

I was planning on doing something about so you think you can dance and having different people dance really badly for the add. And Id have a funny song in the background. But now I dont know if I want to do that.

Sexting

I think this whole thing is pretty stupid. Logan committed suicide, AFTER graduating. If the rumors, and harassment had been that intense then she would have done it before graduating. I also think that the State should be suing HER parents. If they were aware of how bad the situation was, why did they not seek help for her??? I mean, as a "concerned" parent I would if my daughter looked suicidal!! Also..why didnt they go to school and make a bigger deal about it? Why didnt they involve the parents of other kids? Why didnt they change her to another school???? The school could not have done anything more than ask those involved to delete the pictures, they cant go around a whole that huge and look at everyones phone, its just impossible.
I think Logan was really stupid and immature to not think of the consequences of her actions. Did she not think of what would happen if her boyfriend and her broke up?? I mean seriously!! She did something stupid and because of that she had to face the consequences.
I think that if her parents were that mad they would be prosecuting people instead of suing them. There is a BIG DIFFERNCE between getting money and putting someone in jail because they did something wrong. And to say the lawsuit is seeking "unspecified damages"...what exactly is that supposed to mean???

I also think that school should publish statistics like those mentioned in the articles to wake up young naive girls that think that no one except their "loving" boyfriends will ever see their pictures ( and the other way around too...girls tell their friends everything!).Everyone knows high school is like a jungle and it would be good for people to know exactly what is happening!!

I am planning to do a commercial that alludes to the show "So you think you can dance".
I'm going to get people to dance really bad and have maybe two or three people do really well and make it like a spoof off the show. Im going to be working with Jessica, and Im including some clips of a friend of mine who breakdances, and im going to get random people to dance funny for me.

Facebook

I haven't been able to really read about it, but from what I have heard from other friends and heard about on TV, the new security measures are to "block" or limit how much other people can see your info (stats, vids, pics, notes, bumper stickers...). I think all this is being created because of the increasing "invasion of privacy" that has been going around. I think it will affect the way I use facebook because I wont have to be as worried about who can access my information and I will feel a lot safer.

I think it is kind of mean for people to be posting stuff of others without them knowing about it. But I guess that its acceptable now days because everything is sooooo public. Technology is amazing, but it has made stalking people, looking at their stuff and just doing things soooo much easier!! The fact that we can access someones life like what they do on weekends, where they live, their hobbies all of that can be seen with a click of a button makes security and rules all the more important. I think that you should be able to control who has pictures of you, and who posts videos of you, but lets face it. If i really wanted to be mean to someone I could just block them. I think parents would raise hell if it was the other way around, so what ever happens is just a valid consequence. I think the school should just tell the person to take them down and tell them not to do anything and we should all move on with our lives. :D

Technology has played a huge part in my academic career. My home page is google..so I look everything up before I start a project, or even if its just hw. The world wide web has influenced my homework greatly, especially when I was younger and I just entered Jr. High and I did not have a clue as to what teachers expected me to do. Msn and my friends were there to help me pass my classes!!

When we first started working with computers we were in primary, and I remember most of us were pretty good, since we were growing up with it all. Then in 7th grade when we started using "typing master". Most of us were really frustrated because we had to cover they keyboard with a folder and we had to type perfectly. It helped a lot, but still...it was kinda annoying. We worked on making websites for our science projects, that was a really bad idea. But Id like to thank who ever thought of that, we had some fun times trying to get it all to work at the very last minute before we had to hand it in.

A project that I honestly dont think Ill ever forget was model I had to do for Art History. I had no idea how to build models back then, and when the teacher said I had to make one of the Ishtar Gate I freaked. I went to Google, read a bunch of blogs, printed a bunch of pictures and made it. After that I was hooked, I love working on models, and its all thanks to Google and technology. I feel more teachers should integrate technology into their teaching program. An example would be my English teacher, we have to do these independent reading projects, and I would love to do a video or something like that. But I guess you cant always have fun projects, it is after all an AP class. I think he doesn't have us work with technology because we have to show him our totally awesome bombastic writing skills and how he is helping us develop as young AP readers....or something like that.

रोतो स्तुफ्फ बी लजा किट्टी

Ok so... i LOVE ninjas, seriously..im obsessed. OBSESSED! I really really love them. And i have a thing for katanas and swords and all that jazz...so most of my work is influenced by those things.
Some of my frustrations were getting the background and making it work, and also getting rid of the video once i was done with it. Its all about practicing and getting the timing down for my animations too..but im cool with that part. I like my final project, although i think it could be a bit better...like if i had this program at home and could really get to work on it! But yea..if i had to extend it, it would really cool..i guess id have more ninjas..or samurais or something cool like that. Or maybe a shark..its cool to add random things and tie them together some how.

फ्लैश प्रोजेक्ट

I had a lot of fun doing the flash project, but up until the last day I have to confess, I honestly had no idea what I was doing. I finally got the hang of it and turned in something semi-decent. What I had problems with was getting the different parts of the video to come together and actually look like a video and not a bunch of pictures. Also, I had problems putting in the music...and in the beginning..making the background pictures stay in one spot and not erase everything else. That was pretty much it...I liked working with Flash. :D

Family

Ok so.. my most memorable family reunion was when a bunch of us got together and we were all talking and stuff, but someone forgot to take care of the grill or something so the thing sorta blew up. It was really funny because we all ducked like we were being attacked, but then we realized what happened and laughed a lot. After i remember skipping ice cubes [ instead of rocks ] on the lake, that was also fun because the we were scaring fish and since we were young we thought that was cool.

The Future is Now

I think that it is amazing how one tool can unite the whole world. Its becoming exceptionally important to be able to not only use the computer, but also be able to communicate with others via social networks like: Facebook, Twitter or even Blogger.

The way businesses have evolved thanks to such places have completely revolutionized how all age groups look at the internet. Once seen as a place for simple enjoyment has now become the hot spot for house wives, children and senior citizens. People are drawn like moths to a lamp just for information.

This network revolution has not only won the battle, but the whole war. Things aren’t changing, they have changed, and the world of course, will move on to the next big thing.
